The double-sided labeling machine consists of two labeling heads; Located on both sides of the conveyor chain, when labeling flat or square bottles on both sides, the labeled object enters through the labeling machine conveyor belt, and then passes through the bottle sorting and calibration machinery to separate the bottles to maintain a certain distance. Then, after the bottles are labeled, they are guided into the labeling area by the top pressure straightening mechanism. After entering the labeling area, the visual fiber detects the bottle and transmits the photoelectric signal to the PLC. After processing by the PLC, the output signal is transmitted to the stepper motor, which outputs the label. The label is peeled off from the peeling plate and the front end of the label is attached to the surface of the object being labeled. The bottom paper is then rewound; Attach the label to the bottle using a brush, and when the gap between the labels is detected by the measuring eye, the label will continue to extend forward by a predetermined length according to the setting. The stepper (servo) motor of the label feeder will stop rotating, and the label output will stop; The labeled object enters the labeling device/smoothing device, and the label is flattened by the sponge roller. After the label is attached, the object enters the next process by the labeling machine conveyor belt.
