Using Omron PLC servo system, the PTO (servo module) system is used for high-speed positioning. The proximity sensor switch searches for the target position of the track and sends high-speed signals to the servo system. The position of the track is detected online through the high-precision rotary encoder built into the servo motor, and the information is fed back to the control system. Finally, the PLC and positioning module perform high-speed positioning work.
2. Application structure of servo motor:
Mold frame opening and closing power system: A servo motor reducer is used to drive the opening and closing of the mold frame plates on both sides and the linkage of the bottom mold through synchronous belt transmission. The synchronous mechanism adopts a clockwise circular 360 degree rotation direction [when the servo motor drives the synchronous belt to rotate half a circle, one opening and closing cycle can be completed], and a high-pressure pressurized air source is used to supplement the locking of the mold (buffering and reducing the impact force of the mold, effectively protecting the mold, and reducing the visibility of the finished bottle closing line). Step system: The bottle preform heating, bottle preform delivery to the blow molding station, and finished bottle discharge step system uses a servo motor to synchronously link and rotate on a slider track for high-speed step positioning. When using the servo motor to drive the gear disk to rotate half a turn, one step cycle can be completed (that is, 6 bottle preforms are heated simultaneously, 6 bottle preforms are sent to the blow molding station, and 6 finished bottles are discharged), simplifying the overall step action, making the step track fast and smooth, shortening the production cycle, and greatly improving production efficiency.
Stretching system: The bottle blowing and lifting process also uses servo motors, greatly improving the flexibility and accuracy of the bottle blowing adjustment process (facilitating flexible adjustment of lifting for various bottle types).
3. Mold design positioning installation, easy and fast replacement and installation of molds, can easily and quickly complete mold replacement within one hour;
4. The arrangement structure of the heating box saves heating space and energy consumption, making full use of internal space;
5. Application of constant temperature heating box:
The constant temperature lightbox adopts a self feedback closed-loop regulation system. After setting the temperature value, the equipment can automatically adjust the output power in a constant ratio, without being affected by voltage fluctuations and environmental temperature changes. At the same time, with the assistance of a frequency converter to control the circulating air, it can effectively ensure the constant temperature inside the lightbox, so that each preform is uniformly heated. Moreover, the bottles maintain self rotation in the lightbox, ensuring even heating on all sides of each preform, thereby improving the blowing yield and enhancing the adaptability of the preform wall thickness (up to 4.5mm); And it is more suitable for use in environments with large temperature differences (-28~45 ℃).
6. Circulating cooling water protection bottle mouth system device, ensuring that the bottle preform is not deformed by the heated bottle mouth;
